PURPOSE: An apparatus for SMD programmable plastic oscillator and process thereof are provided to reduce the manufacturing cost by forming plural components with a single chip. CONSTITUTION: An IC chip includes a programmable memory. A die is used for loading the IC chip on a lead frame(260) by using an adhesive. The IC chip is loaded cornerwise as much as a predetermined angle on one side of the lead frame. An insulator(230) is loaded on the other side of the lead frame. A rectangular crystal(240) is loaded on an upper part of the insulator. An upper case(210) and a lower case(220) are integrated in order to protect the IC chip and a wire.
