<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for measuring refractive power of an eye using a wavefront aberration method. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for measuring refractive power of the eye is equipped with a spot light projection optical system for projecting spot light on the eyegrounds of the eye to be examined, a cornea illumination optical system for projecting light from a spot light source on the cornea of the eye to be examined, a light receiving optical system for receiving a beam from the spot light on the eyegrounds of the eye to be examined and the reflected light from the cornea of the eye to be examined, a means for measuring the wave front of the beam from the spot light and of the reflected beam from the cornea of the eye to be examined, and a means for displaying a measured value determined by the measuring means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
