<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor which provides function and operation processes for a residents' ledger in a user-friendly way. <P>SOLUTION: When a system controller 14 controls each part to perform a variety of function and operation processes, the image processor 1 performs the following processes: an NIFU 20 for connection to a residents' ledger server via a network and an ICCRW19 into which a residents' ledger card is removably inserted and which sends and receives information to and from the card inserted are provided; the system controller 14 sets the contents of the function and operation processes by which information received from the residents' ledger server and information received from the residents' ledger card are processed as the causes for setting the contents of the function and operation processes; the function and operation processes set are controlled and information such as users' age, vision and the like received from the residents' ledger card and the residents' ledger server is used to optimize the contents of the function and operation processes using the residents' ledger for each user, without requiring the users to conduct complex operations. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
