<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a promoter derived from Aspergillus oryzae, and having a high transcriptional activity and transcription-regulating function. <P>SOLUTION: A plasmid used for highly expressing a useful protein gene is provided by using a DNA having (a) instead of specific (g) in the DNA having a specific base sequence or the DNA base sequence shown within the specific sequence, as a promoter. This promoter has a very high transcriptional activity and there are 2 kinds of them one of which highly expresses always and another one of which can be very clearly regulated in a transcriptional amount by an easy operation. By utilizing them, it is possible to construct a high production system of the useful protein which is more efficient than those of conventional ones by using the Aspergillus oryzae having a high protein production capacity as a host for producing the useful protein. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
