<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of light directed on the rear face of a light guide plate when fixing a flexible substrate mounting a light source. <P>SOLUTION: An electro-optical device is provided with a reflective sheet on the whole region except for part of the periphery of the rear face of the light guide plate, and fixes a face mounting the light source of the flexible substrate on the region of part thereof by a both-face fixing means having light reflection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
