<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal barrier coating member which exhibits enhanced heat resistance by being given excellent oxidizing resistance. <P>SOLUTION: In the thermal barrier coating member, a thermal barrier coating layer 6 is provided on a base metal 4. The thermal barrier coating layer 6 has a ceramic thermal barrier layer 8 and a metal nitride layer 10 in this order from a face layer side. In the metal nitride layer 10, metal nitride itself does not generate oxygen, or does not form any oxygen generation source in the thermal barrier coating layer 6. Further, the metal oxide itself is oxidized to inhibit permeation of oxygen, improving the oxidizing resistance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
