METHOD AND DEVICE FOR FEEDING IMAGE SUPPORTING BODY AND RECORDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the feeding method of an image supporting body by which the scattering of broken pieces broken in a machine is suppressed by eliminating the breaking of the rear end of the image supporting body and the irregularity of an unfixed image does not arise.

SOLUTION: A first feeding means 8 and second feeding means 11 and 12 to feed the image supporting body 14 which is made long-sized by coming into contact with the image supporting body 14 are provided in the feeding path of the image supporting body 14 so that the second feeding means 11 and 12 are arranged on the downstream side of the first feeding means 8 in a feeding direction by leaving a space, and in the middle of feeding the image supporting body 14 by the first feeding means 8 and the second feeding means 11 and 12, the image supporting body 14 is fed at nearly the same feeding speed by the first feeding means 8 and the second feeding means 11 and 12, and the feeding speed by the first feeding means 8 is accelerated from that by the second feeding means 11 and 12 before the rear end part 23 of the image supporting body 14 separates from the first feeding means 8.
