PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the total size and reduce the number of components. SOLUTION: An optical switch module 11 has two optical ports, eliminates beams of light A, B from edge faces of optical fibers 15c, 15d, and converges to enter a VIPA 1 by a semi-cylindrical lens 12c after collimating the beams of light A, B to parallel light beams by collimate lenses 12a, 12b. The VIPA 1 emits the beams of light A, B by holding different emitting angles corresponding to wavelengthsλ1-λn, respectively. A focus lens 13 condenses the beams of light A, B to one point on micro-mirrors 23 of micro mirror array 14. The array 14 has a plurality of micro-mirrors 23 corresponding to the wavelengthsλ1-λn, respectively. The switch module 11 can return the optical path of the incident beam of light A to the optical path of the beam of light A or reflect to the optical path of the beam of light B by wavelengthsλ1-λn and switch the optical paths between two optical ports by optical wavelengths, by changing the angles of the micro-mirrors 23.
