PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost color manifested cement product free from fading. SOLUTION: The color manifested cement product 10 is obtained by forming a cement product 13 into a prescribed shape using sand, gravel, cement, water and pigment as raw materials and firing at least one surface of the cement product 13 to manifesting color.
