PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a spare space in a station square or extend the space.

SOLUTION: This station square operation system comprises a station square operation server 100 for not fixing a vehicle loading/unloading zone 400 in a station square 300 but setting any one of vehicle loading/unloading zones 400 as a vehicle guide destination at a predetermined time in a fluctuating matter, and guiding the vehicle to the set vehicle loading/unloading place 400. One or more vehicle waiting zones 600 are set in predetermined areas scattered around the station, and the station square operation server 100 not only guides a vehicle to the zone 400 in the station square 300 but also performs guidance of a vehicle to the vehicle waiting zone 600 and guidance of a vehicle to a place other than the station square 300 or the waiting zones 600.
