PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system wherein an information originator searches a community based on an attribute as the whole community which is constituted for every area and can send a content by making the community a unit, in an environment wherein a network community by an area unit is in course of forming. SOLUTION: Management servers 100, 200 and 300 are arranged in areas 1, 2 and 3. Each of area management servers is provided with a user management part which stores/manages an individual profile of a user belonging to the area and profiles of community members in the area, a content management part which stores/manages the content of a user, and a main control part which manages the access of the user management part and the content management part, the communication of a user terminal in an area and communication to other areas, etc. As a result, sending and distributing are performed by making the content a desired community unit.
