PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a user burden upon creation of form definition data. SOLUTION: A form processing device extracts layout information about an area specified by a user (Step 200), extracts an item name related to the specified area, and converts the information into definition data (Step 500, Step 600) to automatically create form definition data.
