PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens adjusting mechanism for a finder device capable of easily adjusting diopter and parallax by preventing related components from being broken even when an adjusting screw is turned too much. SOLUTION: The finder device is provided with: a support parts 10 and 11 for an objective lens 1; a lens shaft 2 nearly parallel with the optical axis of the finder device, piercing through the support part 10 and capable of turning; a frame body 8 turnably holding one end of the lens shaft 2 by one surface; and a compression spring 5 between the support part 10 and one surface of the frame body 8 to energize the support part 10 to the other surface side of the frame body 8. Then, an eccentric member 3 provided with a recessed part at a position deviated from the center part of turning is turnably disposed on the other surface of the frame body 8 and also the other end of the lens shaft 2 is disposed at the recessed part of the eccentric member 3, and further an adjusting screw member 7 moving the support part 10 to one surface side of the frame body 8 is screwed.
