PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating and/or cooling device, with reduced installation cost when applied to a floor heating device, compared with a conventional floor heating device using a woody member, and improved heating (and/or cooling) efficiency, compared with the conventional floor heating device using the woody member. SOLUTION: The heating and/or cooling device 2 comprises a woody member 6 having at least one through-passage 4 passing therethrough in the longitudinal direction and a circulating means 16 for circulating a heat medium through the through-passage. The woody member is an extrusion molded member containing 35 wt.% or more synthetic resin and 65 wt.% or less cellulose fine powder and grains. This solves the problem on the conventional floor heating device using the woody member that the woody member needed to be combined with a heat medium flow pipe formed separately therefrom, resulting in relatively higher cost and relatively lower heating and/or cooling efficiency.
