PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency while making use of the characteristics of a heat exchanger by forming a gas cooler with a rolled tube on-sheet type heat exchanger in a refrigerant cycle in which a high pressure side becomes supercritical pressure. SOLUTION: The gas cooler 154 is formed of a heat conductive metallic sheet 154b (sheet material) and the rolled tube on-sheet type heat exchanger 154a installed on the metallic sheet (154b). An intermediate cooling circuit 150 for radiating heat from a refrigerant discharged from a first rotating and compressing element 32 is installed, and the intermediate cooling circuit 150 is disposed so as to be cooled by air flow from a fan 155 for air-cooling the gas cooler 154. Also, at least a part of the intermediate cooling circuit 150 is formed of a spiral tube 152 having a large number of thin piece-like or needle-like heat exchange fins, and disposed so that the spiral tube 152 can be air-cooled by air flow from the fan 155 for air-cooling the gas cooler 154.
