PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust cover fitting structure of a hydraulic damper such as a front fork of a motorcycle which enhances fitting property and appearance of a dust cover. SOLUTION: In a fitting structure of a dust cover 60 of a hydraulic damper, a portion of the dust cover 60 continuous to an end part forming a cylindrical part 61 of a metal pipe stock 60A of the dust cover 60 is contracted toward the inside diameter side to form an annular contracted part 62C including both wall parts 62A and 62B, a flange part 62 which is formed by pressing the wall parts 62A and 62B of the contracted part 62C in the axial direction and by the press and folding them is formed continuous to the inside diameter side of one end of the cylindrical part 61, and the flange part 62 is held between a fitting bracket 2 and a supporting member 73.
