PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve registering performance and registering efficiency of a loaded sheet by coping with the loaded various length sheets. SOLUTION: This sheet loader 160 has a loading tray 101 for loading a delivered sheet, a frame 163 capable of being raised up and fallen down and rotated between a first position of a state of entering the loading tray and a second position projecting in the delivery direction of the sheet from the loading tray, a stopper 154 movably arranged in the sheet delivery direction in the frame, and capable of being raised up and fallen down for receiving the downstream end of the sheet loaded in the loading tray when the frame stays in the first position, and a stopper 156 movably arranged in the sheet delivery direction in the loading tray, and capable of being raised up and fallen down for receiving the downstream end of the sheet loaded in the loading tray when the frame stays in the second position.
