PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk storage case where the removability of the disk from the case, the identifiability of a label face describing the content of the disk, the number of disks that can be stored and the convenience of storage of the disk are improved. SOLUTION: The disk storage case 10 is formed of two quadrangles comparted by allowing a plurality of disk storage chambers 26 formed by rectangular partition boards 24, 28 to be spaced out at a predetermined distance and to be displaced, wherein the case 10 is openably connected through a connecting hinge 16, a lock mechanism is provided at a quadrangular upper end section, identification ear sections 32 are each extended at the external end sections of the disk storage chambers, and identification marks are each indicated on the same directional surfaces of the identification ear sections.
