PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press-through pack packaging lid in which children or the like do not break carelessly, a part of the lid (a barrier layer) is peeled (unsealed) when it is used, contents can be re-checked when peeling the lid, the contents can be easily taken out with a small pressure, and disposability after the use is excellent, and a press-through pack packaging body using the lid. SOLUTION: In the press-through pack packaging body, contents are stored in a recessed storage part formed of a plastic sheet, and an opening part of the recessed storage part is sealed with a lid.
