PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain transmission efficiency between front and rear derailleurs high and to prevent noise from being generated in a device automatically controlling and shifting the front and rear derailleurs. SOLUTION: A first control part 35 is a device for changing a combination of front and rear sprockets electrically controlling the front and rear derailleurs. Considering at least either one of the combination of the front sprocket F3 with the maximum number of teeth and the rear sprocket R1 with the maximum number of teeth and the combination of the front sprocket F1 with the minimum number of teeth and the rear sprocket R8 with the minimum number of teeth as forbidden, the front and rear derailleurs are electrically controlled to shift a chain so as not to have the forbidden combination of the front and rear sprockets.
