<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transceiver for removing the interference of a laser beam in an electro-optic element and for precisely performing data communication with high communication quality. <P>SOLUTION: An electric field from a living body 100 is connected to the electro-optic element 13 through a transmission/reception electrode 15. A frequency variable signal generator 31 controls a repetitive frequency, and a bias circuit 35 controls a DC bias. A laser diode 11 is driven by a driving signal which is intermittently generated, and the laser beam which is intermittently generated is made incident to the electro-optic element 13 to which the electric field is connected. A polarization detection optical system 17 detects the polarization of the laser beam. The repetitive frequency of intermittent irradiation of the laser beam to the electro-optic element by the laser diode 11 is controlled to be changed when the laser beam is outputted to an input/output circuit 101 through a photodiode 19, a signal processing circuit 113 and a waveform shaping circuit 115 as a reception signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
