PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly fix diaphragms to a valve element. SOLUTION: A connection portion 42 of the valve element 4 is passed through the plurality of layered diaphragms 61, 62 and the diaphragms 61, 62 are fixed between a thrust fixing member 7 threaded to the connection portion 42 and the valve element 4. The thrust fixing member 7 allows a fixing member 9 to be threaded into a joint hole 71 threaded to the connection portion 42 and the condition of threading the connection portion 42 to the joint hole 71 to be fixed in the condition of fastening the diaphragms 61, 62 thereto. A hole 422 of the connection portion 42 is forcibly opened to the outside by threading a tapered face 93 of the fixing member 9 thereinto to crush a thread. Thereby, the condition of threading the connection portion 42 to the thrust fixing member 7 is further firmly fixed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
