PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit, capable of early convergence of an output voltage, if the output voltage suddenly fluctuates. SOLUTION: This integrated circuit is equipped with a potential level shift circuit 10, which shifts the level of the output voltage of a switching regulator 4 to a level of an input voltage for the output; an integrating circuit 20 which performs integration compensation, on the basis of the difference between the output voltage and the input voltage of a potential level shift circuit 10; a differential circuit 30 which performs differention compensation, on the basis of the difference between the output voltage of the circuit 10 and the input voltage; and an output circuit 40 which outputs the voltage obtained, by adding the output voltage of the integrating circuit 20 and the output voltage of the integration circuit 30 to a PWM signal forming circuit 3.
