SENSE AMPLIFYING CIRCUIT AND BIT COMPARISON CIRCUIT HAVING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sense amplifying circuit and a bit comparison circuit having the same. SOLUTION: The sense amplifying circuit comprises: a selection unit; a sensing unit; a latching unit; an output unit; and an switching unit. The selection unit selects one pair from among a first pair of a first signal and a first inverted signal in response to a selection signal and an inverted selection signal and a second pair of a second signal and a second inverted signal. The sensing unit senses the voltage levels of one pair of signals selected from among the first pair of signals and the second pair of signals. The latching unit pre-charges a first and a second node in response to a clock signal and controls the voltage levels of the first and the second node in response to a detection result obtained from the sensing unit. The output unit inverts the levels of the first and the second node to generate a corresponding first and a corresponding second output signal.
