摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design data preparing method for an electronic circuit substrate which specifies easily a degassing hole forming position, a CAD system for the electronic circuit substrate adopting the method, and a manufacturing method for the electronic circuit substrate. SOLUTION: A reference point and a plurality of meshes comprising the first mesh to the fourth mesh in which at least one-sides of pitches are different each other are mapped in a construction layer corresponding to an electric power source layer M1 in order to add a forming position data for the degassing hole DGH to a design data. Mesh points provided by the meshes excepting the first mesh are made to serve as degassing hole DGH forming candidate positions m2, m3, m4, and the position brought into non-interference with a veer 34 is searched out of the forming candidate positions m2, m3, m4to set the position as the degassing hole DGH forming position, when the mesh point m1belonging to the first mesh is overlapped with the veer 34, or approaches the veer 34 than a design rule.
