PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sharing wiring design system capable of efficiently performing a design of assignment from a plurality of design areas to a common area-to-area connection point and of efficiently performing wire bonding between the respective design areas according to the assigned result. SOLUTION: This sharing wiring design system is adapted to assign a signal terminal and a connection point in order to connect a signal terminal used in common to a plurality of design areas separately designed to constitute one semiconductor device through a connection point provided between design areas. The system includes: an input part 13 for setting an assign candidate for assigning the signal terminal and the connection point and an evaluation value showing the relative quality in the assign candidate in the case of adopting the assign candidate by each design area; and an assign processing part 12 for deciding the assign of the signal terminal and the connection point depending on the preset evaluation value.
