PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a collision noise of a plunger without increasing the number of component parts and steps of fabrication, and not to weaken an electromagnetic attraction force of a fixed iron core affecting the plunger. SOLUTION: A coil spring 19 which urges the plunger 16 so as to blockade a valve port 14a is arranged in a communication hole 27(a large diameter portion 29) which is opened at the center portion of an end face 16b of the plunger 16 on the side of the fixed iron core. A blockade section 31 for blockading the valve port 14a and a buffer section 32 for buffering collision against the fixed iron core 20 are formed by an elastic member 30 extending through the communication hole 27 which communicates with both end faces 16a, 16b of the plunger 16. The buffer section 32 is provided on an outer peripheral side of the coil spring 19. Accordingly, an area of the end face 16b of the plunger 16 on the side of the fixed iron core which is directly opposite to the fixed iron core 20 can be made larger. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
