PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tamper evident label on which information can be instantly, easily, and inexpensively written and displayed without necessitating pre-printing of various information in characters, symbols or the like on the label, and which cannot be reused if the label is heated with the intention of reusing. SOLUTION: The tamper evident label is composed of a transparent resin film base material layer, a releasing layer as an intermediate layer, and an adhesive agent layer to be adhered on an adherend. By additionally disposing thermosensitive recording layer as the intermediate layer, or by additionally disposing a thermosensitive recording layer on the transparent resin film base material layer on the opposite side of the adhesive agent layer, the label has a thermosensitive recording function.
