PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly, accurately judge a blood type without depending on viewing, furthermore, to make quantitatively graspable inspection data, such as the aggregation progress of an erythrocyte, and to print out measurement value data if required. SOLUTION: A blood type judgment method is provided, where an antibody is added to a specimen, the number of red blood corpuscles in which the red blood corpuscles of the specimen react with the antibody at each appropriate time and the total number of red blood corpuscles in which the red blood corpuscles do not react with the antibody are measured, and the measurement values are outputted. A blood type judging apparatus comprises a chamber for diluting the specimen and a chamber for measuring the red blood corpuscles; a means for measuring the number of read blood corpuscles in the specimen in which a specific antibody is dripped by a specific amount at each desired time; a means for displaying the measurement result for every desired time of the specimen; and a means for printing out the measurement result for each desired time.
