The invention relates to dendritic polymers, in other words dendrimers or hyper-branched polymers, comprising a terminal thiocarbonyl thio function, the method for production and the use thereof as radical polymerisation control agents for radical polymerisation controlled by reversible addition/fragmentation. The invention further relates to a method of controlled radical polymerisation by means of reversible addition/fragmentation using said dendritic polymers or hyper-branched polymers with a terminal thiocarbonyl thio function and the block polymers which may be produced by said method.
