<p>A method for producing a precured retreaded tire that is capable of producing said tire in space-saving and power-saving manners. A precured retreaded tire, when referred to herein, is a tire constructed by bonding in a non-vulcanized manner a flat rubber mamber in which tire grooves are vulcanized and formed in advance on the circumferential surface of a buff-processed abraded tire. In a producing method according to the present invention, the following processes are performed in the order mentioned : a process in which a bladder (30) is inserted into a tire (T) ; a process in which an envelop (48) is secured to the outer circumferential surface of the tire by virtue of fluid pressure, whereby a vulcanized flat rubber member (T1) is brought into tight contact with the buff-processed circumferential surface of the tire via a non-vulcanized binding rubber (R) held therebetween ; and a process in which the binding rubber is vulcanized by a heating device (46) so as to integrally bond the flat rubber member to the circumferential surface of the tire.</p> |
