The synchronizing ball joint has races at the inner side of the outer part. The inner part (3) has races (5) at its outer side, opposite the outer races to form pairs. The balls, held in the paired races, are supported at the races by at least one contact point, forming a contact angle with the center axis of the race. The contact angle varies along the race and is a function of the hold of the ball through the race and/or the race position. The milling tool (F) to shape the race is set at different angles (beta 1 to beta 3) to give the outer curved line (10) for the run of contact points.
