WELDING METHOD FOR EVAPORATOR BOTTOM PLATE OF FRESHWATER EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE: A welding method for an evaporator bottom plate of freshwater equipment is provided to prevent a gap from being formed between a bottom plate and an external beam when overload is applied to an evaporator. CONSTITUTION: A bottom plate(30) coupled to an external beam(40) is uniformly cut into several pieces having predetermined sizes. Each piece of the bottom plate(30) is cut into several parts having a predetermined size. Each piece has a diameter of 170mm and each part has a diameter of 140mm. The bottom plate piece is mounted on an upper plate of the external beam(40) and coupled to the upper plate of the external beam(40) through first and second welding processes. A first welding section(50) is formed by using a carbon steel welding rod and a second welding section(60) is formed by using a stainless welding rod.
