<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding agent enabling obtaining solid feed having excellent shape retentivity and permanency, good yield at the time of granulation and excellent appearance of pellet, and to provide the solid feed using the binding agent. <P>SOLUTION: This binding agent for the solid feed is formulated at the time of obtaining the solid feed by forming by granulation a feed material formulated with no raw feed and having as the main ingredient fish powder and starch.
