<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cogeneration system in which mixed water or the like does not flow into a clean water side and which is sanitary and improves durability and maintainability. <P>SOLUTION: The cogeneration system comprises a clean water circulation passage, a heating circulation passage, at least one heat exchanger for heating which is connected to the clean water circulation passage and to the heating circulation passage and carries out heat exchange, a hot water storage tank arranged in the clean water circulation passage, in which clean water circulating in the clean water circulation passage is heated and stored, a vacuum breaker arranged in the clean water circulation passage, a heating water tank having an overflow portion and arranged in the heating circulation passage, in which the mixed water circulating in the heating circulation passage is stored, and a heating pump arranged in the heating circulation passage.
