<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a user information providing system of transportation for grasping use conditions corresponding to actual getting on/off of transportation for each individual without the need of any settling action each time the transportation is used. <P>SOLUTION: The personal information of a user is preliminarily acquired, and a medium such as an IC card capable of specifying the user is issued for each user, and each time the user uses transportation, and passes a ticket examining machine, the information of the medium is read so that the individual can be specified.
