<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the schedule management system of a Notes base for quickening the response time of the registration of a schedule without generating any competition document. <P>SOLUTION: The schedule management system is developed with a Notes as a base, and provided with a schedule DB in which the schedules per month of a user has been registered in a batch as the schedule information of one document and an agent for registering the schedule in the schedule DB to manage the daily schedule of the user. Whe receiving the registration request of the schedule from the user, this schedule management system generates a document for registration update, and when registering the document for registration update as the schedule of the user himself or herself, the schedule management system executes it by an instant agent.
