<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger core part which does not suffer cracks in heat transfer pipes, is less prone to cause defective brazing, and has excellent productivity. <P>SOLUTION: In the heat exchanger core part in which a plurality of heat transfer pipes are connected via a U bend pipe, the outside surface of each heat transfer pipe 1 and the inside surface of the U bend pipe 2 are brazed. The inner circumferential face of the U bend pipe 2 is provided with a recessed groove 2e for retaining a brazing filler metal. The inner circumferential face of the U bend pipe 2 is provided with a projecting part for defining the insertion length of the heat transfer pipe 1 into the U bend pipe 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
