PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate connection of a wiring cable from a pair of voltage electrodes and one neutral electrode.

SOLUTION: A pair of contact insertion slots 311 and 312 corresponding to the pair of voltage electrodes and a contact insertion slot 313 corresponding to the neutral electrode are formed in a cover 3 as the respective contact insertion slots for a three-pole plug for 200V; a pair of wire insertion holes 211 and 212 corresponding to the pair of voltage electrodes and a wire insertion hole 213 corresponding to the neutral electrode are formed in a body 2A as the respective wire insertion holes for the wiring cable C1 from a pair of the voltage electrodes and the neutral electrode; and the insertion holes 211-213 are collectively formed side by side in a back center left part of the body 2A so as to correspond to the arrangement of the respective wires of the wiring cable C1.
