<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label wound body capable of avoiding waste of a label, a method for manufacturing the same and an apparatus for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the label wound body, a release paper sheet 16 with a large diameter on which the labels are temporarily stuck is divided by a dividing apparatus 24 into a plurality of the release paper sheets 16 on each of which labels 18 are arranged in a line. This divided release paper sheet 16 is wound by a winding apparatus 56 through a release apparatus 38 to obtain the label wound body with a small diameter. In the release apparatus 38, when a specified amount of the labels 18 passes through, rollers 42 and 44 are displaced in such a way that the moving direction of the release paper sheet 16 is switched into the reverse direction to the labels 18 by a shaft 40 as a starting point. The labels 18 are released thereby at the shaft 40 part and only the release paper sheet 16 passes through. Using a part where the label 18 is released, it is made to be an end part of winding of the label wound body wound by the winding apparatus 56 to obtain the label wound body on which the label 18 is not exposed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
