<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which can prevent unauthorized login to register health data when providing a health care service. <P>SOLUTION: A server 12 assigns user IDs and passwords to users and assentient IDs to assentients. The assentient ID is given to a user. When the user logins to a web page of the web site for registering health data from one of the user terminals, the server checks a user ID, password, and assentient ID input from the user terminal 20.
