摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive agent and conductive material having excellent conductive durability and good compatibility with polar polymer and in which leaking of the ion conductive agent by blooming or bleeding is improved. SOLUTION: The conductive material is obtained by kneading 0.01 to 20 part weight of quaternary ammonium salt expressed in formula 1 as the ion conductive agent to 100 part weight of polar polymer, such as, epichlorohydrin rubber, epichlorodryn-ethylene oxide copolymerization rubber and acrylonitrile butadien rubber and bridging to the polymer. In the formula, R<SP>1</SP>to R<SP>3</SP>are alkyl radicals and they can either be the same or different. X<SP>n-1</SP>expresses negative ion of n value and n is either 1 or 2.
