PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing plate for improving adhesive strength by releasing bubbles in an adhesive when stuck to a structure. SOLUTION: This reinforcing band has a sticking surface 1 having the thickness gradually reducing toward both side edges from a central part when viewing a cross section. Since the reinforcing band has the sticking surface having the thickness gradually reducing toward both side edges from the central part when viewing the cross section, when pressing the reinforcing band to the structure when stuck to the structure, the adhesive flows toward both side edges from the central part of the reinforcing band, and since the bubbles in the adhesive are pushed out according to the movement, the bubbles remaining in the adhesive reduce, and the adhesive strength is improved.
