PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency switch module capable of further enhancing an isolation characteristic between a reception output delivery path and a transmission input delivery path. SOLUTION: The high frequency switch module 2 is provided with antenna side input output terminals and signal delivery paths 109, 110, 113, and 114 for interconnecting a reception output terminal and a transmission input terminal. The path conductors 113(114) forming the reception output delivery paths connected to the reception output terminal and the path conductors 109 (110) forming the transmission input delivery paths connected to the transmission input terminal in the signal delivery paths are ground isolation elements which are isolated from the ground, and the ground isolation elements are opposed to individual ground plane conductors 102(104), and 103(105) spatially isolated inside a layered body and connected to ground terminals different from each other.
