PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a circuit from being erroneously operated by surely outputting a pulse even when a power voltage is fluctuated. SOLUTION: A semiconductor device 1 is provided with a high-side driver for controlling a high-side power MOS transistor and a low-side driver for controlling a low-side power MOS transistor. A reset pulse generating circuit 14A comprising an edge pulse generating circuit 14 within the high-side driver 10 is equipped with inverter circuits 51, 52, 53, 54, and the inverter circuit 53 is provided with an RC delay circuit on its output side. A capacitor C1' of the RC delay circuit is connected between a power supply voltage Vcc and an output terminal of the inverter circuit 53. A set pulse generating circuit 14B comprising the edge pulse generating circuit 14 within the high-side driver 10 is equipped with inverter circuits 56, 57, 58, 59, and a capacitor C2 comprising the RC delay circuit on the output side of the inverter circuit 53 is connected between the output terminal of the inverter circuit 53 and a ground potential GND.
