PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small diversity device which can sufficiently secure a signal level of a composite electric signal, and to provide a digital television receiver. SOLUTION: The diversity device 10 is provided with antennas 11 and 13, SAW elements 12 and 14 and an adder 15. When the antennas 11 and 13 receive broadcast radio waves, they output the electric signals to the SAW elements 12 and 14. The SAW elements 12 and 14 delay the electric signals by prescribed delay time and output them to the adder 15. In an added output signal added by the adder 15, a period when a specified frequency where cancel exists appears can be shortened even if cancel exists in the specified frequency. In a middle frequency between the specified frequencies, a signal level of the added output signal can sufficiently be secured and outputted. Then, a structure can be simplified and miniaturized.
