PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor device which is made energy-efficient with a small loss and noise, improved in productivity, reduced in manufacturing cost, and eliminates the waste of a strip material, and remarkably improve the mechanical strength and durability of the reactor device by fixing the reactors firmly and securely. SOLUTION: The reactor device is equipped with the reactors 4 each having a non-cornered, non-polygonal, and annular iron core 2 and a coil 3 formed of a longitudinal flat conductor W wound on the iron core 2 in its circumferential direction along its cross sectional shape; a case 5 holding the reactors 4; and fixing means 6a, 6b, and 6c fixing the iron cores 2 to the case 5 through a gap K of the coil 3 when the reactors 4 are housed in the case 5.
