PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute contents by a session connect request or a connect response between users. SOLUTION: This contents select distribution system includes: a control agent 3 for managing a signal exchange of session connect between an originator 1 and an action addressee 2; and a contents server 4 saving contents previously registered by the originator or a third party through a control agent. The control agent distributes the contents selected/specified by the originator from the contents server to the action addressee when a signal exchange for a session connect request from the originator to the action addressee occurs. The control agent also distributes the contents selected/specified by the action addressee from the contents server to the originator when a session connect response from the action addressee is received.
