PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing tool of a condenser lens and an optical position detecting element capable of preventing the displacement of the relative positional relationship of a light receiving face of the optical position detecting element and the condenser caused by a temperature, and realizing the simple light receiving positioning with high accuracy. SOLUTION: This fixing tool comprises a light receiving base 2 for mounting the optical position detecting element 1, a lens holder 4 for mounting the condenser lens 3, and a supporting member 6 fixed to a specific position and supporting the light receiving base 2 and/or the lens holder 4, and the lens holder 4 is fixed to the light receiving base 2 at a position to prevent the displacement of the relative positions of the optical position detecting element 1 and the condenser lens 3.
