PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle parking device and its manufacturing method capable of manufacturing the device simply at low cost. SOLUTION: The bicycle parking device includes partitioning rods 2a and 2b which are formed by folding a pair of rod-shaped works at a prescribed bending angleθ=60 degrees. Connecting rods 2c and 2d couple together the partitioning rods 2a and 2b at a certain spacing d reserved in between so that it is possible to hold the wheels of the bicycle between the partitioning rods 2a and 2b. Because the partitioning rods 2a and 2b are formed by folding a pair of the rod-shaped works at a prescribed bending angleθas below 90 degrees, it is possible to prevent generation of a bending crack etc. Further because the rods 2a and 2b are folded at the same angleθ=60 degrees, it is possible to omit the labor to fold the works with a plurality of bending anglesθwhile the bending angleθof a bending machine is readjusted each time, and the parking device 1 can be manufactured simply at low cost.
